Fremont County Dolly Parton Imagination Library
On July 1, 2023 the ECHO & Family Center Early Childhood Council in collaboration with the Fremont County Department of Human Services Interagency Oversight Group and the Imagination Library of Colorado launched the Fremont County Dolly Parton Imagination Library Program.
The Imagination Library provides a collection of up to 60 books for children from birth to age 5. The number of books each child receives depends on when they are enrolled into the program. Books are mailed monthly to each child’s home and every book is FREE without a cost obligation to the family.
Every child in Fremont County from birth until they turn 5 is eligible to get a FREE book from Dolly each month. All books are delivered at no cost or obligation.
